I’m Seth Chavis, a second-generation mason and licensed General Contractor. My journey in this trade began at 14 working with my father, learning the craft through hands-on experience and a deep commitment to quality. After 17 years of working in the field, I expanded my expertise and earned my General Contractor’s license to better serve our community.
Chavis & Sons represents the next generation — a growing branch of our family focused on residential builds, additions, remodels, and structural work. We’ve expanded beyond masonry to offer full‑service construction, always grounded in the same values: quality, reliability, and pride in every detail.
